    As per tour dates we will let you know Hotel names as per availability of hotels. Hotels will be clean and well furnished with all basic amenities including hot water facility.

    - Hotel check-in & check-out time is as per Hotel Policies. (Standard Time - Check-In: 12 PM, Check-Out: 11 AM)

    - Number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest.

    - Early check in is Subject to Availability and might extract Extra Cost and payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

    - Food Available as per time schedule of hotel policy. Kindly follow food timings accordingly.

    - In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

    ● Any Porterage charges(Coolie charges) at Airport & Hotels tips, Laundry, Telephone Charges & all of the personal nature & meals & drinks not specified in the inclusions

    ● The vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination as per government or local body rules. If the guest wants to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her self on direct payment.

    ● Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, natural calamities, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, increase in the Airfare / Hotel tariff charges, private transfer, or any personal emergency, etc

    ● Anything not specifically mentioned in 'Inclusions' Column

  • All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours and bookings should be addressed to Holidest Tours.

    Booking:

    You are doing booking with Holidest Tours means you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement and your payment will consider as acknowledgment that you satisfy with above information.

    On confirmation of booking your contract is with Holidest Tours. A contract exists between us when we confirm your all tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

    Payment Policy:

    For the services contracted, Flight Fare and 25% booking amount of Ground Package Cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.

    Balance Payment:

    Balance payment is (excluding flight cost) to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services or as per given installments. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself. Full payment is required before 15 days of the travel date.

    If the package is booked within 15 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking. Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.

    Mode of Payment:

    Domestic clients can make payment using any of the following methods:-

    ● By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club)
    ● By Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro)
    ● By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club)
    ● By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
    ● By Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT)

    We do also accept payments through PAYTM, Google Pay, Paypal, etc.

    Note:
    ● In case of payment through credit/debit card, standard bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount.
    ● All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
    ● Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
  • In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

    You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

    Cancellation Charges Per Person -

    ● More than 60 days - Registration / Booking Amount and Flight Fare if any

    ● 31 to 60 days before the travel date - 40 % of Total Ground Package Cost & Flight Fare if any

    ● 16 to 30 days before the travel date - 50 % of Total Ground Package Cost & Flight Fare if any

    ● 06 to 15 days before the travel date - 70 % of Total Ground Package Cost & Flight Fare if any

    ● 01 to 05 days before the travel date - 95 % of Total Ground Package Cost & Flight Fare if any

    ● On the day of departure or no show - 100 % of Total Tour Cost and Flight Fare if any

    Other Important Notes

    ● Flight cancellation as per Airlines Policy + Service Charge + Tax

    ● Cruise cancellation as per Cruise Policy + Service Charge + Tax

    ● Visa cost total non refundable once visa processed

    ● Payment is non refundable if hotels are non refundable

    ● The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy

    ● Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only

    ● Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services

    ● Holidest Tours have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient payment made by client before your tour starts

    ● In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not

    ● No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

    ● In case of any conflict in booking terms & conditions, the decision of Holidest Tours management would be final & binding.

    ● Holidest Tours can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.

    ● Please note there is no contract between Holidest Tours and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package

    If you want to change your holiday plan

    After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.

    The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives by giving us 30 days advance notice before tour start date. Validity - One year. (Not applicable for flight or train bookings)

    Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

    ● If you are on any medication, carry sufficient stock of the medicines with prescription.

    ● An extra bag to keep spare items in case of an emergency.
    ● NRI guests are requested to carry their Passport & VISA copy

    Visa Fee - 3000 INR approximate.
    Please note there should be a gap of 10 working days between submission date and travel date. Visa will be processed with 10 - 12 working days post document submission.

    Documents for South Africa Visa application

    ● Original passport and old passports, if any
    ● Passport should be valid for at least 3 months after the expiry date of the visa, with a minimum of two consecutive blank pages
    ● Copy of the first and the last page of your passport
    ● Confirmed return air tickets
    ● The visa application form - 11 (DHA-84) filled with a Black pen in block letters and duly signed
    ● 2 recent passport-size colour photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish (size 35 mm x 45 mm and 80% face close up)
    ● Covering letter mentioning the details of travel, details of the traveller with contact number and expense ownership details
    ● Note: Address reflecting on the cover letter should match the address of submission jurisdiction
    ● Original Indian bank statements reflecting transactions of the last 3 months with a minimum balance of Rs 20,000 per traveller, duly attested and signed by a bank official on bank letterhead
    ● Confirmation of hotel booking mentioning the details of travel, details of the traveller, contact details of hotel with authorized signature’s name, designation and signature.
    ● Vaccination certificate, (yellow fever) If applicant will travel through or stay in yellow fever belt.
    ● Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years
    ● Marriage certificate, if the applicant’s passport is on maiden name
    ● 2 Government issued address proof
